Below are copies of our set Christmas menus and details of how to book. If you require any further information please contact the manager or Christmas party organiser at your chosen restaurant.

£25 VOUCHER
To thank you as the organiser, once you have confirmed your reservation with a deposit, you will receive a *£25 voucher to spend in Red Peppers in the new year. Thank you for choosing Red Peppers and our best wishes for Christmas and The New Year. (*applies to parties of 8 or more ordering from set Christmas menus only)

HOW TO BOOK

  • Contact the manager at the restaurant of your choice to make a provisional booking
  • Choose your preferred menu ( only one menu per party)
  • Complete the booking details & pre-order form with your party's choices
  • Return the form to the manager of the restaurant with a deposit of £10 per person (non refundable)

AVAILABLE LUNCHTIME ONLY 12 (NOON) – 5PM 

STARTERS

  1. Leek, potato & bacon soup
  2. Baked mushrooms with garlic sauce (v)
  3. Potato skins with tomato salsa (v)
  4. Deep fried calamari with alioli

MAIN COURSE

  1. Moussaka served with Greek salad and garlic flat bread
  2. Traditional fishcakes with fresh mint & pea salad
  3. Thai marinated chicken breast served with spiced cucumber salad & fries
  4. Chicken burrito with salsa, guacamole & sour cream, served with Mexican brown rice
  5. Enchilada with potato, three bean chili and cheese, served with rice & salad (v)

DESSERTS

  1. Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
  2. White chocolate ice cream with chocolate fudge sauce
  3. Chocolate parfait with fresh raspberries & cream
  4. Baked cheesecake with strawberry coulis

  2. Wild mushroom & gorgonzola bruschetta (v)
  3. Goats cheese, caramelised pear and pine nut salad (v)
  4. Filo wrapped prawns with sweet chili dipping sauce
  5. Baby back ribs with barbecue sauce

MAIN COURSE

  1. Chicken supreme wrapped in bacon in a wild mushroom and cream sauce,
    served with mash potato
  2. Chargrilled rib eye steak with gorgonzola sauce and chunky paprika fries
  3. Slow roasted leg of duck with stir-fry vegetables and teriyaki sauce
  4. Grilled salmon fillet with Moroccan spiced butter & vegetable cous cous
  5. Risotto of goats cheese, sun dried tomato caramelised onion & rocket
